This video was taken in the early to mid 90s. The bikes tend to be 2 stroke and 4 stroke race replicas, but the CBR250RR seems to be the hooligans bike of choice. It's great seeing these bikes being hooned around by the target market they were aimed and not be nursed around like a priceless artefact as they might today. I wouldn't mind blasting around the Japanese mountains at 19,000 rpm. The music, the fashion, the hair...it's all so 90s!
